1. Driver Agreement Overview
Sahulat P&D connects independent drivers with customers looking for reliable pick and drop transportation services. By registering as a Sahulat P&D driver, you agree to provide professional transportation services under these terms.
Driver Status: You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Sahulat P&D.
2. First Month & Revenue Share
Initial Payment Collection
For each new customer booking, Sahulat P&D collects the first month's advance payment directly from the customer. This payment is credited to you after deducting a platform service fee.
Payment Flow (Month 1): Customer pays → Sahulat P&D deducts platform fee → Amount transferred to your account
Direct Payments (Month 2 Onwards)
From the second month onwards, customers pay you directly. You negotiate fares and payment terms directly with your customers. Sahulat P&D has no involvement in Month 2+ transactions.
3. Vehicle Requirements
You are solely responsible for your vehicle. Required standards:
- Vehicle must be registered and roadworthy
- Valid vehicle registration and insurance documents required
- Regular maintenance and cleanliness (interior and exterior)
- AC/heating system must be functional
- All safety features operational (seatbelts, airbags, warning lights)
- Valid and current vehicle insurance (comprehensive or third-party minimum)
Insurance Responsibility: You must maintain adequate vehicle insurance. Sahulat P&D is not responsible for accident liability or passenger claims. You are liable for all damages, injuries, or incidents involving your vehicle.
4. Driver License & Documentation
- Valid driving license required (must be current and non-suspended)
- Driving experience: Minimum 2 years (preferred)
- No serious traffic violations or criminal record
- Original documents must be verified by Sahulat P&D at registration
- License renewal is your responsibility
5. Professional Standards & Conduct
Driving Behavior
- Follow all traffic rules and speed limits strictly
- No rash or negligent driving
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Courteous and professional behavior with customers at all times
- No unauthorized stops or route deviations without customer consent
Customer Interaction
- Greet customers professionally and courteously
- Arrive on time for scheduled pickups
- Communicate delays or issues promptly via WhatsApp/phone
- Maintain clean, smoke-free vehicle during trips
- Respect customer privacy and personal space
- No unsolicited conversations or inappropriate behavior
Prohibited Actions
- No soliciting additional passengers without customer consent
- No discussing fares or comparing with other customers
- No requesting customer contact details beyond what's necessary
- No collecting payment for trips already paid through Sahulat P&D
6. Route & Schedule Commitment
- Drivers must fulfill booked routes consistently
- Cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from platform
- Communicate any unavailability in advance to Sahulat P&D
- Route times must be honored; delays should be minimal
7. Customer Disputes & Complaints
Sahulat P&D takes customer complaints seriously. If a customer reports:
- Poor driving conduct → Investigation will be conducted
- Vehicle condition issues → Remedy or removal from platform
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior → Immediate termination of agreement
Drivers have the right to respond to complaints and provide their account of incidents.
8. Liability & Insurance
Your Liability
- You are fully liable for any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage during service
- Your vehicle insurance is primary coverage
- Customers' personal belongings left in vehicle are not your responsibility
- You assume all risk for vehicle operation and maintenance
Sahulat P&D's Limitation
Sahulat P&D is a matching platform only and does not:
- Provide insurance coverage for drivers
- Take responsibility for accidents or injuries
- Assume liability for vehicle condition or roadworthiness
- Act as employer or guarantor of driver conduct
9. Termination of Agreement
Sahulat P&D reserves the right to remove or suspend drivers for:
- Repeated customer complaints
- Serious traffic violations or reckless driving
- Vehicle condition issues posing safety risks
- Harassment or inappropriate customer conduct
- Failure to adhere to professional standards
- Suspended or invalid driving license
Termination is final, and you waive claims against Sahulat P&D upon removal.

By registering, you consent to Sahulat P&D collecting your personal information, vehicle details, and contact information for service coordination and platform improvement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or legal proceedings in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
