1. Service Overview
Sahulat P&D provides commission-based pick and drop transportation matching services in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Our service connects customers with professional, independent drivers for scheduled commute routes.
2. Advance Payment & Booking
First Month Payment
To confirm your booking, you are required to make an advance payment for the first month of service. This payment ensures:
- Route reservation and driver assignment
- Service commencement on agreed dates
- Priority customer support
Payment Process: Payment is collected directly by Sahulat P&D and transferred to your assigned driver. From the second month onwards, you will make direct payment arrangements with your driver.
Payment Terms
- First month payment is non-refundable unless service cannot be provided
- Payment should be made within 24 hours of booking confirmation
- Payment method: Direct transfer via bank or cash (as confirmed by Sahulat P&D)
3. Service Conditions
Booking Requirements
- Fixed monthly commute routes only
- Minimum commitment: One complete month
- Daily pickup and drop timings must be consistent
- Customer must provide accurate pickup and drop locations
Customer Responsibilities
- Be ready at pickup location 5 minutes before scheduled time
- Maintain courteous behavior with driver
- Notify driver of any cancellations or changes in advance
- Keep driver's contact number saved
- Follow vehicle safety rules (seatbelt, no smoking, etc.)
4. Direct Payment (Month 2 Onwards)
From the second month, payment is arranged directly between you and your driver. Sahulat P&D is not involved in subsequent transactions.
- Negotiate fare with your driver directly
- Establish payment method and schedule with driver
- Sahulat P&D provides driver's contact details for coordination
5. Liability & Safety
Driver Independence
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Sahulat P&D. Drivers operate their own vehicles and are solely responsible for:
- Vehicle maintenance, insurance, and registration
- Route safety and driving conduct
- Compliance with traffic laws and regulations
Customer Liability
Customers acknowledge that:
- Sahulat P&D is not liable for accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage during transit
- Customers should review driver information before accepting service
- Any disputes regarding driving conduct should be reported to Sahulat P&D
- Personal belongings left in the vehicle are at customer's risk
Insurance & Safety: We strongly recommend customers purchase personal travel insurance. Drivers carry basic vehicle insurance; however, this may not cover passenger liability in all situations.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be communicated to Sahulat P&D in writing via email or WhatsApp
- Advance (first month) payment is non-refundable if service has commenced
- Cancellation within 48 hours of service start may receive partial refund at Sahulat P&D's discretion

Sahulat P&D will investigate complaints and may intervene or terminate the driver relationship if necessary.
8. Data & Privacy
By booking with Sahulat P&D, you consent to the collection and use of your contact information, location details, and booking history for service improvement and communication purposes only.
9. Changes to Terms
Sahulat P&D reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or legal proceedings in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
