1. Service Overview

Sahulat P&D provides commission-based pick and drop transportation matching services in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Our service connects customers with professional, independent drivers for scheduled commute routes.

2. Advance Payment & Booking

First Month Payment

To confirm your booking, you are required to make an advance payment for the first month of service. This payment ensures:

Payment Process: Payment is collected directly by Sahulat P&D and transferred to your assigned driver. From the second month onwards, you will make direct payment arrangements with your driver.

From the second month, payment is arranged directly between you and your driver. Sahulat P&D is not involved in subsequent transactions.

5. Liability & Safety

Driver Independence

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Sahulat P&D. Drivers operate their own vehicles and are solely responsible for:

Insurance & Safety: We strongly recommend customers purchase personal travel insurance. Drivers carry basic vehicle insurance; however, this may not cover passenger liability in all situations.

If you encounter any issues with your driver or service quality, please contact Sahulat P&D immediately:

By booking with Sahulat P&D, you consent to the collection and use of your contact information, location details, and booking history for service improvement and communication purposes only.

9. Changes to Terms

Sahulat P&D reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or legal proceedings in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
